Suitable for valve handle from 1 to 2 1/2 in diameter A 78 B 30 C 19

Made from durable ABS, metal free.

Once locked, it covers wholly around the hand wheel and prevent the valve wheel from being turned.

Two parts design can be combined into one when storing and carrying which reduce the half restore space.

Can be equipped together with hasps and padlock.
